As a survivor myself, I have spent over 20+ Years Building on Healthy Tools, Resources, and Practices that have helped me overcome the everyday challenges post trauma. Re-learning Social Skills, Trust, Boundaries and Building Relationships are essential for healing, growth and success.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. We understand that emergencies/urgency's may arise so please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience to reschedule for a later time and date.
